Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or applying for tasks on PkWorks, you agree to abide by all platform rules, quality benchmarks, and code of conduct standards set forth in this agreement.
2. Worker Eligibility & Conduct
Users must provide accurate legal names for payment settlement purposes. Submitting automated bots, scripts, or duplicate fraudulent entries on captcha and form filling tasks is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.
3. Quality Benchmarks & QA Approval
Earnings are released upon successful validation by our quality assurance reviewers. Submissions must meet the accuracy threshold specified in the task description (e.g. 95%+ spelling accuracy for typing tasks, legible handwriting on clear lined sheets).
4. Payout Disbursals
All approved task earnings are disbursed via the electronic withdrawal gateway specified in the user's dashboard (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or PayPal). Standard accounts receive weekly cycles, while verified regular workers receive 24-hour processing.
5. Modifications & Updates
PkWorks reserves the right to adjust task compensation rates and platform features. Active task reservations will always honor the rate locked at the time of reservation.
